Private live virtual, for your people only
One live class on Microsoft Teams or Zoom, taught by a Certified Safety Professional in real time, with your crew and nobody else in it. Workers from every site join the same session with zero travel costs, and because nothing has to be shipped or driven, a private virtual class can often run as soon as the next day. It is never a recording.
How the live class runs
The instructor teaches live, on camera, and the room is expected to be on camera too. Questions are asked out loud or in chat and answered as they come. Breaks are scheduled the way they would be in a training room. The Competency Check runs at the end of the session, individually, and the paperwork is emailed within four hours.
Where your site has its own arc flash study, labels and permit form, send them ahead and the examples are built on them. A crew spread across three plants gets one consistent class rather than three slightly different ones, which is usually the reason a multi-site employer picks this format.
Each attendee needs a computer with a camera and a microphone and a connection stable enough for video. A phone is not enough for a full day of training, and for OSHA Outreach classes the program does not permit it.

What the people in the room say
“Virtual can never replace hands-on, but the engagement from our instructor and the class made it feel more engaging than some in-person courses I've taken.”
“Probably one of the most useful safety courses I've ever attended. Rick genuinely cares about people and their well-being.”
“This is the 2nd arc flash training course I've taken and the class was amazing. I feel like I'm leaving the training safer than before I took this class.”
